EASY CARE & REUSABLE: Designed to be used up to 25x times! Gently remove the protective film and store somewhere safe or in your included zip bag; you will need the film after use! Avoid touching the sticky adhesive and align the center of the breast patch with your nipple, ensure that the entire areola will be covered. Starting with the edge, lift up and gently press the bra firmly onto your skin. Smooth the edges and check all edges are adhered to the skin and that no corners are lifting. For removal, gently hand wash your bra with mild soap and lukewarm water (below 86ºF) to remove oils, residue, and other deposits. Let air dry in the shade, do not expose it to the Sun.
